The homeowner visits a local stone yard to select a kitchen countertop. Vocational school students build a table for the Dracut Centre School. An alternative to wide plank hardwood flooring is used at the project house. An automatic low impact irrigation system is installed. The ell of the house evolved from one story to two. I thought originally we were gonna lift up this original ell as a single building and then fix everything and elevate and put a post foot on each of the posts. The challenge of ducting a first period home is solved. Progress is made on the interior and exterior of the house.
