Here are a few of my personal favorites, as well as popular ones that offer a variety of activities to make your day in the sun even more enjoyable. However, upon returning several hours later, tired from a day of exploration, we were met with an unsettling sight – our car was nowhere to be found. But if you are going to stay somewhere, we suggesting finding a place with cruise parking to save a few extra bucks. If big-city driving isn’t your preference, consider alternatives such as public transportation, taxis, or ride-sharing services for specific activities or destinations. While it’s possible to get around using public transportation, taxis, or ride-sharing services, these costs can quickly take a chunk out of your time and impact your overall travel budget. As well, the terminal is right across from the city of Long Beach itself. As with the World Cruise Center in San Pedro, your best bet for getting to the port if you need transportation is with an Uber or Lyft.
